Springfield, OH (National Headquarters) – March 4, 2026 – FDC Enterprises, Inc., (FDCE), announces the hiring of Gina Morgan Bartleson of Iowa City, IA as RCPP Field Coordinator. Gina will oversee working directly with residents across SE Iowa to aid in the establishment of switchgrass through the NRCS Region Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP).

says Gina.
Gina’s job will focus on collaborating with farmers and landowners, USDA staff, and FDCE to effectively establish and manage switchgrass in Southeast Iowa through the RCPP program. Gina will also ensure adherence to all federal program guidelines.

Gina has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Iowa and a M.S. in Biology from the University of Memphis. She also was a contributor to Wild Ones, where she served as a grant reviewer to enhance education and outreach for the organization.
